This crucial step ensures the meat absorbs moisture and seasonings, setting the stage for various cooking methods. Here are two of our top recipes to bring out the best in this tender meat:

Smoked Boneless Turkey Breast

Ingredients:

1 boneless turkey breast, brined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp of your choice of poultry seasoning

Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Remove the turkey breast from the brine and pat it dry.
Rub the turkey breast all over with olive oil and then coat evenly with your chosen poultry seasoning.
Place the turkey breast in the smoker and cook for about 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
